New Student Ministry Pastor

This Sunday will be the first for our new Student Ministry Pastor, Andrew Pearce. We are so thankful for him and his future ministry with the youth of St. George’s. Pray for him as he prayerfully sets a new course for our student ministry.

Andrew Pearce

andrewAndrew is our Student Ministry Pastor. Andrew has 13+ years of ministry experience and is driven to reach the emerging generation(s) with the love of God and to see youth and young adults become a visible and dynamic influence in the community, as they passionately serve and demonstrate the kingdom of God on earth; so that people can experience the love of God and enter into a passionate and committed relationship with Jesus Christ.

Before coming to St. George’s, Andrew had served in various churches and Para-Church organizations in the USA and Canada. In 2010, Andrew was the keynote motivational speaker for Absolute Think Day assemblies at schools throughout Western Canada. Recently, Andrew and his wife Megan gave leadership to a vibrant youth ministry, in Brampton, Ontario, which ministered to 100+ teenagers weekly. Andrew’s love for God, energetic personality, and inspirational messages has appealed to a multi-generational audience.

Megan works for the Peel District School Board as an educational resource facilitator (T.A). She is responsible for developing and implementing programming that will facilitate the overall development of special needs children in her classroom. This is Megan’s ministry and loves the fact that she gets paid to do what she loves.

In all, Andrew and Megan are fun and outgoing people. They enjoy the beach, hanging out with people, watching the latest TV series or movie. When Andrew is not engaged in ministry, he can be found doing his P90X workouts, playing Xbox One, playing sports, or cheering for his favourite NHL hockey team, the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Andrew and Megan would love to hear from you. Feel free to get in contact with them.
