Annual General Meeting

This Sunday after our 10:15am service of worship we will be holding our Annual General Meeting. Please bring a bag lunch.

WHAT IS IT?
It is the one annual general meeting required by canon law to happen at the beginning of each year. The purpose is to review the reports of the previous year for St. George’s, answer questions and to appoint or elect officers for the new year. Budget is also discussed.

WHO CAN VOTE?
Only those members who are sixteen years of age or older, and who have been on the membership list of the church for at least three months, and who are members in good standing of the church will be entitled to vote. Only members have the privilege to speak at the meeting, but all are welcome to attend.
