St. George’s Central Pastorate meets at the Home of Kelvin and Shelley Loveless in Lowville on the 4th Thursday of every month. Kelvin is the Pastorate Leaders, and he gives direction and pastoral oversight to the Central Pastorate which covers Carlisle, Lowville, Freelton and the surrounding central region.
