Fall at His Feet
Anyone who allows their desperation to drive them to the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ, will find that he is willing to heal them. Jesus welcomes the rich and the powerful, the poor and the lowly – everyone who approaches him with humility and the awareness of their need to be saved.

Fear not the wind and waves – Satan and his legion. Instead, fear the Lord, and in fearing Him, find that He is good, loving and stronger than any demonic force in your life.

Since Jesus came, nothing is secret. Christ made explicit everything that was already implicit about God. We don’t have to hope that God is merciful – we look to the cross and see it plain and clear.

We cannot approach the presence of God through our own means – by the reaching out of our own sinful hands. For God is holy and we would be struck dead in His presence, but we have an advocate.

> watchThe Lord’s goodness is never sweeter than when you need it most. There is nothing more radiant than a saint calling on the Lord in their hour of need.
> watchThe gospel brings joy. Even weighty instruction and discipline exist for your joy. Everything in God’s word is toward our greater joy, even when it doesn’t initially feel like it.
> watchChrist spent of himself for our souls. Paul spent of himself for the Corinthians. Likewise, let us spend of ourselves for others, caring for their souls and walking in repentant faith.
