Wonderful news!!!!! Both guys are done and recovering! Joe finished first @ around 3pm and was recovering til 6:00pm before anyone could visit. His surgery went well. Blair and Joe are recovering in adjacent rooms. Their surgeries went well and both men will skip ICU, going directly to Step Down. Thanks for your prayers. Continue to pray for their recovery, for Blair’s body to accept the new liver and for neither man to have infections. RD

We just received news from Ray David at the hospital that Joe is out of surgery and the procedure went well, but he lost a lot of blood. Joe donated some his blood before the procedure, so they are using it to replenish the supply now. Blair is still in the OR. Don’t stop praying!
Blair and Joe’s surgery is happening now. The procedure will begin with Joe and when the doctors have confirmed that everything is going well, they will begin operating on Blair.
